Many of you signed up to pray the Rosary for the Holy Land in 2023. Sadly, the conflict continues. We would like to invite those who may not have participated earlier, to join the prayer team. For those who had participated, we renew the call for prayer and ask that you continue your Rosary every Tuesday at your designated time. It is our hope that we can pray the Rosary continuously for a 24 hour period every Tuesday. To select your 20 minute time slot, click on the picture, then pray the Rosary at that time each Tuesday wherever you are. If you prefer, you can call the parish office to get registered. Over the past year, several women have expressed interest in launching Walking With Purpose, a women’s bible study program. To explore the possibility of bringing this program to St. Peter’s and St. Julie’s, we will be holding an informational and planning meeting for those interested in helping make this initiative a reality. If you are willing to support women in deepening their relationship with Christ through Scripture, please join us on Tuesday, July 1, at 6:30 PM at St. Peter’s Parish Office. Start your celebration of this great day - the 4th of July, or Independence Day - with Mass! Join us at St. Julie Parish at 9:00am to give thanks to God our creator, provider and redeemer! There will NOT be a Mass this day at St. Peter Parish.

Our next Community Outreach Meal will be held on Wednesday, June 25th in the Parish Gym doors open at 5:30pm and dinner is served from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. All are Welcomed!

Join us Sunday, June 22 after the Noon Mass at St. Peter Parish. Come celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ! We will process with the Blessed Sacrament on a two mile route from St. Peter Parish to St. Julie Parish, down Center Ridge Rd, crossing at Emerald (by Giant Eagle) and then through the neighborhood to St. Julie Parish. After a brief period of adoration and prayer, we will have Benediction and a social. Rides back to St. Peter Parish will be provided. All are welcome to join us.

Please join us for the St Julie & St Peter Men's Fellowship breakfast on Saturday, June 21st @ 8:20 am. Breakfast will be served at St. Julies. Open to men of any parish in the Diocese, come and enjoy a hearty, hot breakfast followed by a short video and discussion. We will end promptly at 9:45 am. So we have an idea of how much food to prepare please RSVP by sending an email to sjspbreakfast@gmail.com by June 16th.

To honor and remember our deceased parishioners we will have a guided historic tour of our cemetery after the 4pm mass, Saturday June 14th. We will meet in front of the Parish Office Building after mass. (Rain Date: June 21st)

Catholic Renewal Ministries will host a charismatic Pentecost Mass Celebration, Sunday, June 8th, at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagel Rd., North Ridgeville 44039. The celebration will start at 2:00 p.m. with praise and worship. Fr. Bob Franco will be the celebrant. After Mass, there will be an opportunity for individual prayer for healing, and there will also be fellowship time. For more information, please contact CRM at 440-944-9445. Congratulations to St. Peter's Pre-K and Kindergarten Classes of 2025! We pray these little ones are fed and lovingly guided in the years to come here at St. Peter School! May they always walk with the Lord! Graduation takes place on May 28th.

Friday, May 30th is the day to dust off those old cars, your bicycles, or whatever transportation you choose and "Cruise-In" to St. Peter's for a blessing! The Cruise-In begins at 5pm in the church parking lot. The blessing of all vehicles and drivers will be at 7pm followed by an Ice Cream Social in the Gym. Join us as we continue to celebrate St. Peter's 150th Jubilee year!

Join us in St. Peter's Cemetery (weather permitting) on Monday, May 26th at 9:00am. Bring your lawn chairs if you are able. We remember those who gave everything for the sake of freedom. The Parish Office will be closed on Memorial Day.

It’s that time of the year when all ministries and organizations must think about meeting dates and times for the 2025-2026 calendar year (July 2025 through June 2026). If you plan on using parish facilities for your meetings, then please complete the Facility Scheduling Form even if you have long-standing regularly scheduled meetings. The form is available on our website (www.stpeternr.org/calendar-scheduling-facilities ) and in the racks in the Church. It can be submitted to Cheryle Koberna at koberna@stpeternr.org or it can be dropped off at the parish Center. It would be much appreciated if the form is submitted by May 26, 2025. The staff will be reviewing and finalizing the calendar in June.
