TASTE AND SEE RETREAT
St. Julie and St. Peter parishes are hosting TASTE AND SEE, a retreat based on the National Eucharistic Congress. The day will include praise and worship, live talks, recorded talks, witnesses, adoration, prayer of repentance and more. Fr. Damian Ference, who serves as Vicar for Evangelization, Secretary for Parish Life and Special Ministries, and as Professor of Philosophy at Borromeo Seminar, will be joining us as a guest speaker. Come and foster your devotion to the Blessed Sacrament on Saturday, November 9th, in St. Peter’s gym beginning at 10:00 am and ending no later than 3:00 pm. Lunch will be included. Please register and pay the $20 fee at www.stpeternr.org/eucharistic-revival or complete the form at the doors of the church and submit it to either of the parish offices. Checks should be made payable to St. Peter Church.

Our Mass Times for this Holy Day of Obligation are: Thursday, October 31st - 5:00 pm (Vigil) Friday, November 1st - 8:15 am (School Children will attend) and Friday, November 1st - 7:00 p.m. The 8:15 am and 7:00 p.m. Masses will be live streamed. On Saturday, November 2nd, we celebrate All Souls. At 9:00 am, we will have a Mass where all the names of those who were buried from our parish will be remembered. This Mass will be live streamed. We will also have a procession through the cemetery (weather-permitting) with a reception immediately afterwards at the parish center.

The Saint Peter & Saint Julie Billiart Pro-Life Groups are offering opportunities to participate in 40 Day For Life. Beginning on Monday, September 30th, Saint Peter Parish Pro-life group will be carpooling to go to Preterm on Mondays at 11:15am. They will return at 1:45pm. A group will also be praying in the church from Noon to 1:00pm on these same Mondays. Come and pray at Saint Julie Billiart every Thursday from 12noon to 1:00pm beginning on Thursday, September 26th. Everyone is invited to come pray together for the protection of all human life and for an end to abortion.
